Salon Policies

Salon policies are beneficial for both clients and stylists, as they provide professionalism, clear boundaries, and a consistent experience. They help ensure that the salon environment is comfortable and safe for everyone. Policies also ensure that clients and stylists have a good understanding of expectations, including arrival and cancellation times, payment methods, and product returns. Lastly, having policies in place reinforces the salon’s commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Re-Do policy

If you are having challenges or are unhappy with your COLOR service please contact Gretchen within

7 days

from the date of the visit to schedule an recheck appointment.

 If you need a little tweak or are having challenges with your CUT contact Gretchen within

14 days

from the date of the visit to schedule a recheck appointment. 

 

 The recheck appointment can not be canceled or rescheduled, by doing so you forfeit the complimentary service and will have to pay for the adjustment.

Cancelation Policy

 I understand that things come up. I value your time and hope you value mine too.

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options and experience for all guests, I do require 24 hr notice should you need to cancel, reschedule or no longer want to do part of the services booked.

Should you make these changes with less than 24 hrs' notice,

a fee (based on services booked)

does apply and may be required before a new appointment is scheduled.

15 mins late

for your appointment,

you may have your service altered to ensure that your appointment does not exceed the amount of time scheduled

or reschedule

and incur a fee based on services booked.

REturn Policy

(Online)-If you are not satisfied with your order from Gretchen Hugo Hairstylist's online store, you have 30 days from the original shipped date to bring your unopened or gently used items to the salon. (You may be required to show your packing slip or shipping confirmation email for the stylist to process your return.)

(In-Salon) -if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gretchen Hugo Hairstylist you may return your unopened or gently used product on your next visit to the salon.
